As I mentioned before, the escalations team (SISA was his name) could not give me any answers regarding what is going to be done about the HORRIFIC internet congestion your network suffers from at night in Ballito making my internet completely useless even to use it to get onto hellopeter. All he could tell me was that Cell C was doing upgrades in Centurion at the time.. why he told me that I have no idea.
This surely must be lack of communication from the higher-ups? SOMEONE must know when there are upgrades scheduled in Ballito??
It makes me sad that I have always been impressed with Cell C service until recently :(
