Dear MTN people
This is not the first time I complain about you regarding my top up contract. The problem now, I can't get on to the internet. Every time I try to do so it closes itself and this has been happening for a while now... I've been reporting this and a few options were done but still I can't access my internet. The last call centre agent took my cell number, imei number and bbm pin and never got back to me. I understand that the internet data bundle for blackberry has changed but why is it affecting me when I signed a contract some time ago that enables me unlimited internet access but for some reason now I can't do just that??
Please resolve this issue asap, I've been with mtn since I was in primary school and have grown with the brand. I'm clearly a loyal customer but this is unacceptable.
