Service suspended before invoice due date

Have a Cell C straight up 200 Postpaid contract.

I was charged during February 13 for R1138.00 for out of bundle data charges notwithstanding the fact all their ads say in and out of bundle rates are the same.

I paid R1200.00 05/03/13

This amount does not reflect on their statements.

My service was suspended 31/04/13 before the March account was even due!!
Their account payable on 31/04/13 was 2686.00
Total amount due 2600.00?
I resent mr. David Mphiwe proof of payment made on 05/04/13.

27 emails to mr Mphiwe and [Email Removed] has resulted in 3 emails from Mphiwe. Saying he is sorry, he will get people to contact me and I must pay the outstanding amount R2600.00? then he can reactivate my account.
On three occations I held on longer than 15 minutes to Cell C's legal department.
I owe them R1500? rand and will pay it. I want my service reinstated with my more than 300 balance min intact.
On Monday it will be a week and nothing but air from cell c
They do not come back. They do not answer emails.
In a week I could not speak to a single person.
Their ad says in and out of bundle is the same. They LIE.
They are useless. Their accounts messed up. That's how easy it is.
