6 MONTHS FOR A REPLACEMENT PHONE AND STILL WAITING

Dropped my phone into the wier of the pool when backwashing, took it in for repair/replacement, was told it had to go to the repair depot in Jbrg and they would see if it could be repaired. This was on the 13th November 2012, they eventually came back to me to say it was irrepairable and i could choose a new phone, which i did, they told me it would be delivered within a week with the courier service to the nearest autopage branch which is Canal Walk, this is nearly a month ago and i am still waiting. The service is abysmal and if i could advise anybody it would be to avoid them like the plague. I have been with them since 1985 and this is the first time i have claimed anything and this is the kind of service i get, you can imagine what i will be doing when this contract expires.
