Honestly, where do I start. I owed Cell C R548.00 and was supposed to pay the money in cash into their account, which I did. only to be debited the same amount 2 days later. Now mind you, their very competent call center agents had no idea that i had changed my banking detail 2 years ago. I was assured that the next time I will be debited would be in April the 28th. now the song and dance satarted when I requested to have MY money refunded... FAT CHANCE!!! no one knew how long it takes to get credited, who credits and this department in the sky does not have a number for me to contact. I'm REALLY frustrated at the level of copmetence of Cell C yet they are the first to tell the world that they offer low rate - yah! because their processes and procedures are PATHETIC, to say the least. Agents are not really helpful, they are condecending and have no idea what on eartis happening behind the scenes of their own company. 14 DAYS later no refund!!!

I CAN'T wait for this contract to end and i will so be taking my business else wher. Cell C for yourself - see pathetic service that's what you will see for yourself|!!!
