I was billed R6000 for data before Absolute was introduced on BIS.
How is that posibble?
I upgraded in good faith as i was told i would loose my voice airtime value if downgraded.
I am now stuck with a R600 account for the next 24 months again!!!
This has been reported to Consumers channels. get your lawyers ready!!!
And the poor stupid employee trying to reply on this complaint, please dont!! Rather go look for a proper job.
