R6000 for unbilled invoice

I have in good faith renewed my contract after i was told i would loose my R2 000 voice airtime.
1 month later I have a R4900 dta account and it its not even month end.
Hours on the phone, Hours at MTN offices and sent to and thro i still do not have an answer as why i was not informed why BIS packages changed.
i have used BIS on MTN since it started, on PDF Manual attachments, Navigation, updates etc and never paid more than BIS.
Now MTN only Covers 200mb of data and chatting and browsing.
I know you require the Invoice first and the URL lists, no need, i can tell you what i did, nothing else that i never did before.
i have a prepaid sim doing exactly the same and not used 1 cent on your rivals.
if i cannot change or stop this new bull... contract this will pop up in all media. FACEBOOK, TWIITER, LINKEDIN, PINTEREST, MYSPACE just to start. i have nothing left to lose but the R6000 which is more than half of my salary.
DO NOT PHONE ME IF YOU CANNOT SWOP MY NEW CONTRACT OR STOP IT.
MTN and BIS!!! Come Vodacom!!
