Simm card disabled after reloading - CELL C

Sim card was not used for some time, tried to use phone which showed a balance of R73.
Tried to use the phone and received a message that the phone had not been used for some time and that I had to RELOAD with a small amount.
I reloaded with R10 which was debited to my FNB account!
Tried to use the phone the next day and got a message that the number had been disabled!
Went to the service center Canal Walk who told me to phone the call center. Received a ref no as the query was escalated. Was not contacted, phoned again and was told that the number had been disabled.no further explanation. More queries and more ref no's issue not resolved!! ref3032701242 ref 1304020000041088 ref no 3040200670 HELP HELP!!!
