My account debited after same has been closed

Hi, my Blue Bean credit card was settled on 14-6-2013. I then called and requested the account to be closed on 18-6-2013, confirmation was received and a paid up letter on 20-6-2013. Yesterday Standard Bank still debit my account, okay poop happens. However when i call client services today, Nthabiseng, did her best, however she advised same will only be refunded within 7-10 working days!! That's insane, the debit shouldn't have been deducted in the first place now i must wait nearly 2 weeks for my money back!? This is ridiculous for a so called "big bank".
