Called retention dept for upgrades & got the run around from dept to dept.
Was promised Call after speaking to Nicki Meyer and never received a call at all. Left 2 messages for tom Davids and never got that call as well. Asked for the manager Collin Swartz and he is always in meetings and always sheilded by staff. other staff that gave the run around are Truman, Luyanda Mhlongo, Brendon and too many others to mention. Promised something and it never happens.

One has to literally call out big names of the company to get some reaction from the staff and if not its then as if they are doing us a favor by doing their jobs.

Here is a simple case of "dont care attitudes" as i am trying to upgrade for another 2 years with this SP and they dont care even with all the competition around.
