WHAT SERVICE DID I RECEIVE I JUST CANT BELIEVE IT

I JUST CANT BELIEVE IT HEY I CANT I AM SHOCKED AT THE SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK I AM A CLIENT FOR YEARS HAVE A CREDIT CARD AND 2 ACCOUNTS WITH YOU GUYS...

I queried exactly on Tuesday, June 04, 2013 10:35 AM for customer asist because i trusted that standard bank can assist me but i think i was wrong. i applied the 4th and was sent an email that it takes 15 working days for an answer and then i call the call centre and spoke to a lady that told me that i just need to wait for 30 days or so so i accepted it, and then today by my suprise something just told me to call call centre again and then i spoke to a GUY called Shane not complaining about him because he assisted me very well took my details and all my question is this why couldnt the person that send me the mail tell me about a pre-screening and ask for my details they just responded saying that i need to wait 15 days for responce, and why couldnt the first consultant i spoke to assist me in the way Shane did...

i am disgusted by the service and now i need to wait again???

DO YOU CALL THAT SERVICE STANDARD BANK SHOCKED!!!
