We had a problem with our Samsung Toploader that my Wife took to Shane's on 6 January to be repaired. The drum was off ballance that was banging against the sides of the machine. Shane was contacted and he said that the Stabilisers need replacement. We paid R886 CASH for the repairs after the machine was delevered to our home. That night when we started using the machine again, it was doing exactly the same thing, worse this time around. My wife called Shane and he said that they did test the machine and is was working... also said that there is not anything else he could do about this...
I spoke to him personally again on 10 January to explain to him that the machine is still doing the same, where he said that we are overloading the machine, which is not true. His attitude changed completely towards me and wasn't willimg to listen any further to my explanation and then wanted to pass the buck to samsung. The very rudely put the phone down on me. This call was recorded and will be used to pursue this action further. Please take you appliances somewhere else as Shane is a person that will take your money quickly but will not attend to your come backs at all. Useless service!
