My name is Elliot Mosia, Ive recently signed up a new CellC contract in which I loved the handset they offered me as a big Nokia fan for ages. i received the phone on the 07/02/2013, received it, inserted the sim and waited for activation in which it happened the same day. I was very impressed with that. The turning point of this all happened the following day when I switched the phone on to discover that the whole screen was shivering and distorting the whole screen image. I phoned in on the Cell C custoner service for assistance, I was then told that I should go to the nearest branch about the issue. I then went to the Promanade branch in Mitchells Plain where I was told the manager wasnt available to assist me, I then asked for a superior to assist to no avail. I still have a phone that I like but am frustrated as i cannot be without a phone should I send it to them as it is a factory fault. i need a new handset immediately and cannot be without a phone that im paying for. Please assist.
