A few months ago I applied for a contract with a Z10 and was approved, the phone was delivered a month after approval, and to my surprise it was the wrong colour, i called Cell c again and asked for the phone to be taken back and the correct one supplied, after several calls Ram hand to hand picked up the phone and issued a way bill for pick, I was assured this will be sorted by the call centre, a month later and I heard nothing from CELL C,
so I queried and was told that my contract was cancelled, to my surprise the same month I was being billed a huge amount, Cell c told me I was using the phone, I disputed that because the date and time was after the pick up, these failed to sort it out, it was clear that somebody from Ram was using the phone and after 3 debits they eventually cancelled the line but still failed to reimburse me the amounts taken from me, this has not been sorted yet and I get know where with the call centre, I am really frustrated with Cell C AS THERE IS nobody you can talk to, between Ram and Cell C you took me for a ride and fooled me, it is sad that both you companies have dishonest people working there
