I have been a loyal customer of MTN for over 15 years. For the last three months in the Southern Suburbs of Johannesburg we have been experiencing dropped calls / poor reception or no reception at all. I have now had enough. I have this afternoon ported my number to Cell C who have a far more superior network. Everybody I speak to is complaining about the poor service of MTN . I have already changed my 3g data service to Cell C because MTN kept on throttling the service. I do not have the problem with Cell C.
