i then explained that im getting 4Bars of signal, DL speeds of up to 12Mb, and UL round about 3Mb.. and the fact that i moved 4km's down the road.. find it highly impossible that i now live 50km away from the nearest tower, because in my old flat the tower was 500m away>?? >?
They then sent another email asking for details of my account cos they "cant find me on the system>?
I then replied with speed test results, print screens, my address, account info.. EVERYTHING!
Then i resent a request cos i hadnt heard from them..They sent me the same generic email asking for my 8ta number..
its now been over a week, and still nothing. Seems they just dont give a.
