Hope you are doing well.
I would love to lodge a complaint about MTN.
I have been using MTN for probably 7/8 years now and I have never received this bad service.
I upgraded on the 09th of November 2012 at the MTN branch in Boksburg (Rietfontein Road) when I upgrade I signed for the contract of R200.00 a month not R258.00. I upgraded to a Galaxy not a blackberry. After 3 months now I get a bill to pay Blackberry services how pathetic are you guys that you can't pick up that I don't have a black berry anymore.
I phoned today to find out why I have been overcharged and Duduzile told me no they should've told me and now I am asking you the same question I asked her 3 times WHY SHOULD THIS BE MY PROBLEM IF YOUR UNRELIABLE STAFF DIDN'T INFORM ME???
It isn't about the money that went off it is about the principal - you don't care and won't go an extra mile to help your loyal customers.
I would love to see if I even get any response out of you people!!!
I am really disappointed in MTN and I am considering of changing to Vodacom / Cell C .
