FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER

My statement for March 2013 total due was R0, 00 which is WRONG, it should be R229.00.
The debit order deducted from CELL C for March 2013 account was R499.00, my account is NOT IN ARREARS!! I called the Call Centre (REF NO: 3041603036) which promised to deposit the monies back
into my account, and 2 weeks later, ...NOTHING!
I called the Call Centre this morning and my complaint for March wasn't even lodged!!
PLUS the debit order for APRIL was R339.00, which is WRONG!!
The agent couldn't help me with my query.

Why are you deducting extra monies from my account and why don't your invoices, statement and
debit orders correspond? I cannot afford this Cell C!!
