I called Cell C call centre on Tuesday 18.06.2013 in order to arrange that I can make a manual payment as I am currently unemployed. The agent then told me that cell c would get back to me within 24-48hrs and gave me the following reference numbers 3061802531 and 3061802564. Today (21.06.2013) cell c sends me an sms to make payment before the 20.06.2013 in order for the debit not go off. I mean seriously now talk about delayed. I'm holding Cell C responsible to pay my R130 failed debit order at my bank. This is not acceptable. If failed to do so I will contact the Ombudsman.
