The atrocious service continues from Web Africa.
Justin Wilson responded to my last Hello Peter report where I complained that Web Africa seemed unable or unwilling to downgrade my line from 4MB to 2MB, even though had followed their procedure for doing this exactly. He said that 'I also believe that one of our Senior ADSL staff has already made contact with you around this and resolved it to your satisfaction.'
While I was assured by Monique April that the downgrade would be expedited, I receive my February bill and I am still being billed for a 4MB line!
The amount of hours I have to wasted doing Web Africa's job for them is ridiculous, I should be charging them by the hour for wasting my valuable time.
I would like Senior management to phone me and explain why I am still wasting my time on this.
