Charged for 10mb only get 2mb

Upgraded to 10mb line this year, got a bill of R934.76 for 10mb.
Been having speeds of 2mb-4.65mb line. Mostly lagging, always delayed to international servers. Absolutely useless. I will be moving to Afrihost, and cancelling telkom for GOOD!

I will not pay the R952, the price of R634.76 is for the 4mb line in which I will pay.
