Vodacom online data purchase

On the morning of 14 November 2013, I purchased couple of the vodacom 10MB, on the website of vodacom with my phone. The purchases I made were charged on my bill, which was around R349 before the purchase and now is R381.the problem is that everytime after each puchase when I dial *111# to check for balances it does not reflect the purchased data, it shows 0.00MB, immediately at 07H50 I called the Vodacom customer service, and the guy who helped me said he can confirm that the couple transaction for data was done on my account, but know he does not know what happened with them, and I told him I will call later as I was late for work, at my 12HOO I called again and I spoke to other lady consulant who told me that it does not show in my account that I made purchases today, in fact she said they have problem with their website, And I will be charged when the system is up and running, and I wont receive the data as it does not appear on her system. I dont understand why would I be double charge for data I did not receive, of which I think is not fair and good service, please Vodacom give me my data and dont double charge, as the website problems are not mine, thenk you
