Hi there,
My contract account has been suspended because I missed a payment.
I am not getting any statements and I asked MTN to debit my account, they don't.
In my attempt to try and call them, I held for more than 20 minutes until I decided to hang up, mind you, this is not the first time.
I need to clear the matter and my worst nightmare is going to their Midrand (Boulders Branch), where I waited for more than 15 min the 2 times I have been there.
Please call me and explain what is the best way to communicate with MTN because you seem to be beyond reach from all angles.
