Since April account suppended every month

Since April, like clock work our hosting account gets suspended every month although it gets deducted as a debit order. We have phone numerious times and held on for up to 15 minutes at a time. We have mailed bank statements, yet this month again the hosting is suspended. That brings the work to a stand still as e-mails can't be received or sent.
