I bought 512mb of I-Pad Data on my i-pad on the 31st of December 2013 . Immediately it showed on my ipad as being loaded and that it would expire on the 1st of February 2014.

Later on that afternoon on using my i-pad I noticed that my data has dissapeared, the remaining data showing as "0mb".

In noticed the "Bonus Wi-Fi Data Unlimited Speed" has been topped up to "10240mb".

I contacted Telkom and they said the "Bonus Wi-Fi Data" was for free and bonus to clients.

I queried about my data that has disappeared but until now nobody has come back to me and is ignoring my e-mails.

I had 512mb of date until the 1st of Februrary 2014 and same has been taken of my account for no reason at all?

I dont want the bonus data as I don't have Wi-Fi, Telkom can keep it. I just want my data loaded on my ipad as I purchased it on the 31st of December 2013, the 512mb.
