I was handed 2gig of data from telkom for there bad service i received however this data was valid for 3 days. Telkom didn't keep up to that and took away the data in the second day. I called in laid complains also sent screen shoots of the sms I received because they however couldn't pick me on the system that I have received data from them yet the number is from they number I always receive my information when filling airtime. 1week later and no response from them or the call center person in charge.
