My fone became faulty on 16 December 2013. I phoned mtn direct and loged a quiry. They phoned me and told me it will be colected within 48 hours, because I live 160 km from nearest store. Thats why my upgrade was done with mtn direct and not instore. After several phone calls my phone is still not picked up.
