I took a samsung s4 on contract on november 2013 with telkom direct, on the 24th of december the phone's wi-fi, loud speaker stopped working properly, i took the phone in on the 27th of december due to holidays inbetween, i was told that my brand new phone was gona be repaired, i made a 1st payment of R685 in december 31st and until now the 23rd of january i have not recieved my phone as they say it must await spares i am really annoyed as a new contract subscriber havn to make a 2nd payment to this contract and not have a fone, the manager of the direct chatsworth store does not care less to make sure the customer is happy and now i have no phone, i went to the store on the 23rd of january and the manager sits on her fone knowing i was ther and was unhappy and did not assist me in any way to get me a new phone.
