Nashua Mobile WASTING MY TIME WASTING MY MONEY PUT

Last Month (June 2013) I wanted to get a cell phone contract so I went to Nashua Mobile in Musgrave centre. I spoke to Theo and a new guy who obviosly started working there. They told me it would take two to three days to get the phone (sony xperia v). I WAITED TWO WEEKS.I got the phone and took it home to charge and then after charging it the battery power would drop by a percent every 2-4 minutes. I took it back to Nashua Musgrave and they tell me it will take another week atleast before it will come back to me from being repaired. Then they check the phone and tell me its a scratch on the phone after one day of having it and they tell me that the out of box cover wont apply anymore so if the phone comes back and has the same problem I wont get a new unit. I was upset and Leon the manager treated me like a criminal. They wanted me to sign a piece of paper as well which puts all the blame on me I refused. I contacted head office and Kara jackson sent me a cancellation form. I returned the phone and the form on day 3 of having it. I have repeatedly asked for confirmation that the contract has been canceled. They tell me I must pay 2700 rand cancelation fee. Nashua really does not care.
