Good until they make a mistake

My internet stopped working without any notification from Kawuleza - when i took the service i paid 6months in advance with the instalation and came down that my next payment will only be in
March 2014. on Sunday my service just stopped working after me contacting them they advised that there was a misunderstanding and that my service will be unsuspended when i got home the evening i tested the service and it still didn't want to connect - my PC can't even detect the radio link. i spoke to the Thecnical help desk on Wednesday and advised them that my service is still not working i have been following up everyday with them on when will someone come and fix the link. to date no one has contacted me and everytime i phone them i am told that someone will call me shortly. but this never happens. i need the internet connectivity as i can't work from home without connectivity and i don't have good 3G coverage. - what i can say is that when the service is in and working it is good but unfortunitly going with the Traditional Telkom ADSL line is more reliable...
