Our connectivity has been up and down over the last week or so. We have connectivity now but we cannot accept any incoming connections on our public IP - this is hampering our operations and affects our company.
Mails after mails have been sent with not 1 person having the decency to even provide a simple 'we have a problem and are working on it' :: i spoke with Kashief and he assured me services will be restored by 11AM 13/09/2013 - it is now almost 3PM with no update and services still down.
