MTN Need to update systems regarding verifications

I believe itw time to change to another network for me. ever since i knew about cell phone in my hand i always used MTN since 1996 to date i have three contract with mtn and 4 prepaid phones my Account that has contract are 071 824 0036, 073 571 4746, 073 381 6430 recently closed 073 667 2822 my prepaid no 073 397 1956 i buy airtime and i believe i have good standing account with mtn. i am very disappointed with service i received on monday 20 Jan 2014 and 21 jan 2014. I happened to lose my sim card of 073 381 6430 . went to mtn westgate . for a new sim card with my affidavit, temporal id and a copy of my lost id and drivers licensecos i lost my id as well same day i lost my sim card. mtn wastgate says to me they need a green bar coded id. i lost my id that is why i am providing these documents and further more i am changing my surname there for according roodepoort home affairs i will only get my id in 6 months time and the consultant says to me that is not her problem, yes it is not her problem, its my phone that is blocked and its my money that i will be paying to mtn for the next 6 mths. without sim card, but thank you i will be moving to another service provide
