I called the call centre to query my bill charge for the invoice of 03/11/2013. Two months later still no feedback. The bill was way over my usage so i called to request an investigation. I await the outcome of the investigation.
Quiet frankly i just want to cancel this contract because clearly I am not a valued customer. I paid for something I did not use. When my data ran out I bought the once off data but I seam to be charged outside the bundle.
