In December 2011 it took nearly a week for Virgin to port my number, i could never access the Virgin menu. i had a 24 month contract, i have been debited 27*R99, they have no clue how much the connection fee was. i cancelled my contract and my debit order, that was the only time they contacted me to inform me i still owed them money. more than a month later i have received an invoice for a debit at the end of January 2014 i have sent daily or more emails to virgin customer care requesting them to contact me, the emails are read but no response or contact made.
