I bought and insured on contract Nokia N8 cellphone at Vodashop N1 city in April 2011.In junuary this year my cellphone was not charging anymore and i decided to have it fixed and the Vodacom repaird shop estiamted the repair cost at R520. The Insurance refused to pay due to the fact that I was not using a Vodacom sim card when the damages occured. I am very surpised by their response as I have being paying insurance since 2011 and I do not recall seeing that on the contract that I have signed with vodacom insurance company. Why I wasn't told abouth that? why did Vodacom insurance company fully aware of the fact that I was using another sim card on my Nokia deduct my premium still knowing i was not covored anymore? I was at Vodashop N1 city and I have verified once again the insurance policy with Suzanne G however we couldn't find that information. I feel I have been cheated by the Vodacom insurance company and I request that they reimburse all the money they have been debiting for insurance from my bank account since 2011.
