My insurance was changed without my permission

Vodacom changed my cover without my permission. I noticed when claiming for a phone that I now have lesser insurance coverage than I had paid for over more than a year.

After I alerted vodacom of this I was referred to Vodacom insurance, who told me it wasnt them who changed my details but infact my branch (Menlyn Park vodashop), I proceeded to Menlyn vodashop, and they claim also it wasn't them. I was also given details for vodacom rewards who might also be responsible for the change as they awarded me a decrease in insurance as per my loyalty to vodacom. Rewards also claims they had nothing to do with it. So no one is willing to help me then. And I am contract client paying R840 p/m.

My question is, although my call with vodacom rewards who awarded me a lower insurence rate, which they stated before receiving the reward that it will not affect my cover, was recorded. How come when I want a resolve for my insurance cover being lowered, arent they using my recording to see they are in the wrong for changing my cover. From having a claim of R7000, now I am limited to R5000. This is unfair, infact criminal, as I was paying insurance for band 4, and not band 3. I want my phone!
