My 5 promotion not working

Hi Vodacom

My My5 promotion is failing to load giving error insufficient funds even though i have money on my msisdn. I called customer care 21/01/2014 10:31 and spoke to Nxolani he tried to pass the buck trying to transfer me to Blackberry department even though the issue has nothing to do with blackberry. Nxolani then arranged for me to speak to his/her manager and said the manager will cal me in 15 minutes, and ofcourse the manager didnt call me and just sent me a short message service saying i need to turn my data services on and off which is quiet shocking since my blackberry has not been online for over 2 months since i bought my new S4 Active. Vodacom customer care should learn to log customer complains and forward to the VAS engineers to check and fix the issue instead of trying to convince me to do silly stuff unrelated to the problem. My guess is the root cause of this issue is due to the node that deducts money for the my5 promo, this node is failing to see my updated balance in time thus throwing the error in sufficient funds. They need check sync between the billings nodes. I am qiuet frustrated at the way customer care treats us as subscribers when we call for help
