I really don't know what's wrong with MTN services. How on earth can I use internet for R1703.41? I am really not happy about your billing, the past 2 months you did the same thing without any reason whatsoever. Please fix this before you load a debit order in my account or I will reverse it and stop any debit order going through from MTN. How am I suppose to pay for other debts when you keep billing me errorously? Seriously I am getting off with your bad service. I demand an explanation as soon as possible.
I called MTN again today on 24/01/2014 and my query is not dealt with. I firstly logged a call on 16/01/2014. If the debit order goes through my account before the query is solved, I am going to reverse it and stop any further deductions from my bank and cancel this contract because it gives me grief.
