Vodacom
No information on new handsets

It is the most frustrating thing to buy a new handset from Vodacom.

They are unwilling to supply you with any information regarding dates.

Then when after weeks of trying to get information, the information you do get differs from store to store to call center.

Is there no way to get credible information about new handsets from Vodacom?

For months now I have inquired about a specific new handset, and still I cannot get any info from Vodacom.
