POOR SERVICE FROM VODACOM

I've got two contracts with Vodacom and have been experiencing endless problems ie faulty handsets, which could not be resolved by Vodacare, problems with calls, incorrect billing, huge charges for data usage while all data settings were off. Various calls and mails nor responded to. Longstanding cell no's blocked which resulted in lots of important messages and calls missed. Folowing months of frustration I eventually smashed one of the handsets which I later realised wasn't insured. I sent various requests for a quotation to be released from the contracts, but still NO RESPONSE. They are HIJACKING MY LIFE. I had these no's for many problem-free years with MTN and all messages, even banking OTP's are sent to these no's. I only moved to Vodacom, because I was told that their rates were better, but wasn't prepaired for what I got! I'm actually paying much more.
