I run a business from home and my land line is very important.
On Tuesday morning, the 14th of May 2013 i found that my telkom line was out of order and reported the fault.
Everyday since then i have called from my cellphone into telkom - 10210 - to find out what the progress is on my reported fault, to date Friday the 17th of May, i have just called into telkom again to receive the same response as each and every day that has gone by - A technician will be appointed to check the exchange and if there is a fault a technician will come out...
We most probably have lost a huge amount of business, having no phones for a week!
When is this going to be sorted out, this is ridiculous!!!
