I had applied for a new cell phone contract at Cell C Westgate (jhb) on the 29/04/2013. Every time I go to the shop (which has already been 4 or 5 times), I get the excuse that they do not have stock. It is now more than 2 weeks later and I have not received my cell phone or even a call to let me know what is going on. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! When I try and phone, none of the numbers work. They are either busy, just ringing or do not exist, which means every time I need to find out what the status is, I need to make my way to the shop. When I get to the Westgate branch they then give me their word that the stock will arrive the current week. We are now in the third week since I made this application. For a service provider claiming to be one of the best, you are certainly proving that to be utter nonsense and the complete opposite!! Your customer service is like your feedback, non existent. I have not ever received such bad service!!!
