I applied yesterday to add a 250mb bolt on to my account, the cost is R59.00 a month. Currently I have a 30mb bolt on costing me R21 a month. Why was the referred to approval, just add it on. My account has NEVER been in arrears since inception over 3 years ago.
Just do it, add on the data and remove the 30mb bolt on. Seriously, what is the issue
