My S4 went crazy and wouldn't charge so I took my phone in to Vodacom Centurion mall as they were the closest to me, the phone was given in at 10.00 the morning, they said I probably needed a new charging thing for my motherboard and it could take 21 days, at first I was taken aback by that and hoped for quicker.
Anyways, long story short, I received and SMS at 17.30 to come and collect my phone, the phone is working 100%, I still have all my data and didn't have to pay a cent.
That is "Excellent service", thanks Vodacom! Figured you could use a compliment after all the times you get complaints for much less.
