I was sold a defected phone by Vodacom

Hello, i bought a sony xperia T cellphone on the 8th february 2013, then i noticed that it doesnt wanna charge when its completely off on april. I took it for repairs at centurion and explained the problem then collected it after some few days and didn't let it get completely off after the repairs to check if its ok or not. On the 11 august i noticed the problem again tried to charge it but it never charged, i took it back again for the second time on the 12 august explained the problem again. On the 22 august i went to collect it, it went off in the evening and couldn't charge again, On the 23 august i took it back for the third time being angry now and the consulted told me not to worry because after the third time booking it in, i must get a new 1 if the problem persist. On the 3 september during my lunch time i went to collect the phone and before i knocked off the phone was already off and not charging, i went back straight to vodacom where i bought not at the repair centre with the phone and all its belongings including the box, asked for the manager then i got the assistant he took the phone and promised to call the following day in the morning. He didn't call up until today.
