Good Day
I logged a compliant on Saturday, 18 January 2014 with telkom about my home telephone line which is completely 'dead'. And to date I have had no reply/response, not even an update as to why this has not been attended too! This is so frustrating and upsetting because I am always up-to-date with my payment and to get no service when there is a problem makes me feel very upset!
I am very tempted to terminate my line completely with Telkom!
