BEWARE OF MIRA NETWORK AND CELL C

I have also been billed by this network. They have absolutely NO proof that I have subscribed to them and have been charging me R8. When queried Cell C, they said that there is NOTHING that they can do. I suspect that these networks DON"T WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT since they are benefiting both ways. DISGUSTING. Mira network is essentially committing by illegally charging us.
