I cancelled my contract which i had i had with Cell C, and i then received a confirmation letter on the 8th of Nov 2013, stating that the contract has been cancelled as of 31 Nov 2013. Cell C later claimed that I still owed them an instalment of R400, which we paid cash into their account and send them proof of payment.
To my surprise, this morning 24th/01/2014 my account is debited by Cell c again. I need this matter to be cleared as i have intensions of returning the debit order, but at the same time very cautious not be sent to ITC for this kind od silly matters.
please help, as i am now sick of the whole issue. I t didnt takes us even an hour to get the contract, But cancelling it is hassle.
