No feedback from customer services department

Call line identity doesn't work correctly, problem occurs on iPhone 5 only. Phone Checked by Apple, no errors. Phone also check at MTN shop at the Glen shopping centre, no errors. SIM card switched to 2 new Iphone, same problem. Phone 808, no help obtained. Logged three complaints by MTN REQ 1695972, 1709999 and 1715901. No feedback recieved from MTN.
