Upgraded my contract last year November and signed up for the top up 200 with 150 MB and 25 sms. I have not been receiving my 150 MB since the upgrade.
Called the call centre today and was told that I have been receiving the data. Ref no for call 108504189
perhaps going public is the only way to sort this out.
Amazing how quick companies want you to sign up but then don't deliver the service.
